The more emails I deleted, the longer I was able to work in MSN before it would shut down (maybe after 4 minutes or so). After MSN was re-installed and the emails restored (took 8 to 10 hours) I was able to log-in and access my emails for 1 to 2 minutes (multple times over a 2 hour period) and I deleted all unecessay emails until I reduced the overall file size to 22MB. I contacted Microsoft also and the problem has still not ben resolved. I was also told that the problem was due to Internet Explorer and that needed to be corrected before MSN would work properly. They un-installed and re-installed MSN and also created a back-up file of all my emails. The specialists said this was most likely due to the 34 GB of stored messages I had, mainly in my STORED and SENT folders on my hard drive. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available'. A problem caused the program to stop working currently. The problem has been that once I am signed in and go to access my email, the window pops up after a couple minutes saying 'MSN has stopped working. They were very helpful, however the problem is still not resolved. I actually talked to the MSN troubleshooting specialists a few times this last weekend on the phone but was recently told I could no longer do this since I have an economy account. ![]() I previously subcribed to MSN thru Qwest however had to change a year ago and now have a MSN Premium economy account. ![]() I recently have had problems with accessing email on a secondary account that I have had for many years.
